βιομηχανική μονάδα της Κρήτης το 19ο αιώνα και σήμερα φιλοξενεί σχολείο. Στη Νέα Χώρα βρίσκεται ο
ιστορικός Ναός του �`γίου Κωνσταντίνου κτισμένος από το 1915. Η παραλία της Νέας Χώρας είναι πιο
κοντινή παραλία στην πόλη των Χανίων, έχει ρηχά νερά και οργανωμένες τουριστικές υποδομές που την
καθιστούν μια από τις αγαπημένες παραλίες των κατοίκων των Χανίων μιας και η πρόσβαση μπορεί να
γίνει ακόμα και με τα ποδιά. Η παραλία διαθέτει υποδομές προσβασιμότητας και για �`με�`. Η παραλία
είναι πλήρως προφυλαγμένη από τον κακό καιρό και τα μελτέμια. �`κριβώς απέναντι από την παραλία
υπάρχει πλήθος από μικρά, γραφικά ταβερνάκια στα οποία ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να γευτεί φρέσκο ψάρι
και θαλασσινά απολαμβάνοντας τη θέα της θάλασσας.
